Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate property sales with clients and buyers.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Present properties to potential buyers professionally.
- Use IT systems effectively to manage sales processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales negotiation experience in an estate agency.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Team player.
- Professional presentation.
- Full UK driving licence.
