Job Description

A keen and enthusiastic person is required to work as a Sales/Quotes & Tender Administrator for this very successful organisation who are currently expanding.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of quotations and tenders to customers.
2. Working closely with Account Managers on tenders to ensure accurate collection of data.
3. Managing incoming calls from customers and dealing with product and service equipment.
4. Dealing with incoming customer orders and setting up details on the computer system.
5. Processing customer orders from instigation point through to successful delivery.
6. Ensuring that customer processes and procedures are followed to maintain quality.
