The brand is stocked in prestigious brand partners including Fortnum + Mason, The Watches of Switzerland Group and is available globally online via on Harrods.The Retail Operations Role reports to the Operations Manager and plays an integral part in client services and the logistical elements of stock movement and management across all areas of the business. This role is based at our Flagship store, 12 Symons Street London Location and is a full-time role. This is an exciting role and a wonderful opportunity to work with a beautiful product within an established and growing brand. Retail Sales Ambassador –Luxury Fine Jewellery The successful candidate will join our retail sales team, and will be responsible for driving both customer service and sales to achieve brand targets in our flagship store. Ensuring delivery of first-class customer service when assisting clients in store, online and via telephone. Proactive selling to clients developing strong relationships and enhancing the sales experience. Assisting the RM with general store operations. Representing the brand and maintaining high standards across the board. General store administrative tasks. Experience in luxury retail beneficial Jewellery experience desirable Numerical and intermediate Excel skills Comfortable with using stock and IT systems (Full Training will be given) *Full time role, Tuesday – Saturday.
