This is a great opportunity for a Sales Support Assistant to join a really friendly and motivated team and contribute towards the future success of this well-known local Company.
Some of your duties will include:

- - Administering a large portfolio of client accounts based throughout the UK and Europe
- - Liaising with clients via telephone and email to build successful business relationships
- - Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful completion
- - Keeping in touch with clients and ensuring they are completely satisfied with the service provided
- - Researching potential new clients, calling to introduce services provided and sending out marketing literature
- - Maintaining CRM client database system and updating information held when necessary
