Robert Half Technology are assisting a global financial services organisation to recruit a Sales Support Specialist on a contract basis - fully remote (UK based). Key Responsibilities:Contract Management:The Sales Support Specialist will review, prepare, and manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.Maintain a repository of all contracts and related documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Salesforce Administration:Manage and update customer and sales data in Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.Assist in the development and implementation of Salesforce workflows, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency.Sales Support:The Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.Coordinate and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure.Customer Service:Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.CompanyGlobal financial services organisation - fully remote (UK based)2/3 month contract Potential for contract to perm Salary & BenefitsThe salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
