The company

For the last 15 years Camp Canada has been the leading provider of international staffing to Canadian Summer Camps. We are driven by our values and our mission to develop people through camp - everyone in our team believes in the incredibly positive impact of cultural exchange and the camp environment, and our vision is to allow thousands more young people the chance to develop themselves through Camp. In our UK office, we recruit excited young people to work at Canadian summer camps. For our participants, we are here to make their summer camp vision a reality. From the moment they begin, we are committed to giving them the best experience at every single point.

And that’s where you come in

You’ll be part of an inspiring global company with colleagues across the world. You will be directly impacting 1000+ participants globally as they begin their journey. You'll be part of changing the lives of millions of young people through summer camp.

Slightly different from the norm, here at Camp Canada, we work from a ‘season to season’ perspective. The start of our season is August and here we fly out of the blocks, geared up and ready to go with a heavy focus on sales. Come January, we fly over dozens of camp directors from Canada who meet participants face to face at our infamous hiring fairs. To round up the year, we focus on helping participants organise their paperwork, book their flights and prepare them for the summer of their lives.
