Sales Team Leader
Permanent - 50 - 60k + OTE
Location – York, hybrid - 4 days a week in office

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales management in new business, preferably in a technology or consulting environment, with a background in utilizing HubSpot.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing sales processes, implementing KPIs, and driving performance improvement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights from HubSpot to drive decision-making.
- A passion for sales, technology, and driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
