Sales Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Minimum of Two Consultants: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of consultants, ensuring their professional development and success.
- Consistent Billing Record: Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding billing targets, setting an example for the team.
- Business Area Runner Book/Starter Spreadsheet: Maintain and update your own business area runner book or starter spreadsheet, ensuring accurate tracking and management of key metrics and performance indicators.
- Excellence in Building My Market - GSB System: Drive excellence across the team in implementing and utilizing the My Market - GSB System, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Attracting New Talent: Actively participate in interviews and recruitment efforts to attract top talent and grow your business area.
- Revenue and KPI Performance: Lead the team in achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets and core KPIs
- Growth in Key Accounts: Demonstrate growth and expansion within key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and driving business opportunities.
- Participation in Company Events and Initiatives: Be present and actively participate in company events, initiatives, and meetings, contributing to the overall success and culture of the organization.
- Incentive Programs and Office Culture: Develop and run incentive programs to motivate and reward the team, while helping to drive a positive and collaborative office culture.
- Client Entertainment: Host client entertainment events and activities, nurturing client relationships and promoting business development opportunities.
- Sales Team Manager Presentation: Successfully complete and pass the Sales Team Manager presentation, demonstrating mastery of key concepts and strategies.
- Appraisal Performance: Ensure all performance appraisals are completed and passed, providing constructive feedback and support to team members in their professional development.
