In return, you will be given the guidance and support to complete your role.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p> As the Salesforce Administrator youll be responsible for:<br>- Gather and analyse business requirements and build solutions on the Salesforce platform.<br>- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements and solutions.<br>- Identify and define opportunities for improvement.<br>- Assist with operational rollout and support </p><h3>Skills</h3><p> The ideal candidate must have the following skills:<br>- Solid Salesforce administration and business analysis skills<br>- Able to write user stories<br>- Be the point of contact and able to run workshops<br>- Declarative experience is essential<br>- Familiar with validation rules / workflows etc<br>- Knowledge and understanding of systems testing (regression testing, smoke testing, automated test tools) </p><h3>Experience Requirements</h3><p> Fintech/FinServices experience would be ideal, but not essential.<br><br>Proven track record of helping deliver successful software, IT and business projects/solutions </p>
