We are currently working with a leading UK manufacturing business who are looking to expand their Salesforce team with the addition of a Salesforce Product Owner. As business they are renowned for manufacturing some of the finest products that consumers can buy, in a global market driven by an incredibly high demand year after year.
About the role
As the Salesforce Product Owner you will be responsible for the bridging the gap between the business and the technical teams. As you gather the business requirements you will then liaise directly with technical team to facilitate necessary meetings to begin putting together the blueprint for the solution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally Marketing Cloud
- Great understanding of the hands-on configuration of Salesforce
- Ability to gather requirements from key stakeholders
- Translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams
- Prioritise the requirements and manage the stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on how & when their requirements will be met
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Administrator
