Team, the broader Barchester business and other IT Teams to support Barchester Healthcare in
the scoping, selection, implementation, testing and ongoing development of digital solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Gain a firm understanding of the organisation and its cross-functional links, business
processes, dependencies and regulatory landscape
Document 'as-is’ 'to be’ business processes as required
Elicit, review, define, manage and document business requirements and work flows
Facilitate the discussion of business problems and opportunities amongst stakeholders
Work with the Business Solutions Architect and the wider business to identify appropriate
digital solutions which meet the needs of the business and the solution architecture. This
could include supporting in the selection of external solutions or working with the
Business Solutions team to specify and develop internal solutions/systems
Work with the Data Team to define and document data dependencies and ensure
dependencies are accommodated and/or managed in the identified solution
Support the business in the implementation of identified solutions by ensuring the
solution appropriately meets the defined requirements, adheres to the required processes
and aligns with the architectural strategy
Supporting the business to undertake the appropriate testing of identified solutions by
producing test case scenarios and test scripts as well as taking part in testing activity and
supporting business users in their testing activity
