Salesforce Delivery Lead
We are supporting a global organisation.
This contract is running until 31st December 2023 with a view for extensions.
The day rate is negotiable and it is Inside IR35.
This role will require onsite presence in the Uxbridge office.

Expert in User Story writing and requirements engineering

Facilitates required analysis by reviewing observations, process maps, analyses, findings and presentations
Self-sufficient of navigating and accessing data in Salesforce

Tasks
Support to gather requirements
Analyses of business data and design in Salesforce to influence requirements and design
Drive harmonization of process, data model and system implementation
Supports with skills and education on how to write high-quality user stories
Support with additional capacity to write user stories
Review user stories in accordance with the agreed Definition of Ready so that user stories are ready for development
Relationship to others
Work closely with SBS Business Partner
Work closely with Business Product Owners and local stakeholders in the markets to identify business requirements
Work with Delivery Owner and Solution Architect to enhance and hand-over User Stories to the Delivery Team
Takes feedback from the Development and Testing Team to improve User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

Able to drive harmonized ways of working through business processes and data models
Able to translate requirements into User Stories
Basic Salesforce knowledge to be able to analyze AS-IS implementation, page layouts, objects, fields, profiles, permission sets, reporting
Analytical and able to analyze data in Salesforce
