I'm working with an innovative software company that is experiencing rapid growth to find a talented Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, enhance the brand's presence across multiple channels, and mentor team members to achieve outstanding results. My client has several exciting projects underway in their marketing department, making this a fantastic 'hit the ground running' opportunity where you can truly make your mark and shape the team's direction. What You'll Do: Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand presence and engage audiences. Oversee the creation of compelling content for social media, websites, events, and partner materials. Plan and manage key events, such as trade shows and conferences, to boost brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and international teams to ensure consistent messaging. Drive digital excellence by managing website updates, video production, and digital content. Support internal communications, talent acquisition marketing, and maintain ISO compliance.
