Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy across digital, retail, and event platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content, influencer partnerships, and outdoor events. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, ensuring the brand stays ahead in the outdoor sports industry. Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to deliver high-impact campaigns with strong ROI. Track and analyze marketing performance data, reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, outdoor festivals, and trade shows. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the outdoor sports, adventure, or lifestyle industry. ~ Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer loyalty. ~ Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation strategies relevant to the outdoor sports community. ~ Experience with event marketing, influencer partnerships, and retail marketing is highly advantageous. ~
