A Marketing Manager at Sumosan Twiga As the Marketing Manager for Sumosan Twiga, you will collaborate with our Chief Transformation and the Chief Communication Officer in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate Sumosan Twiga presence in the competitive landscape within the luxury restaurants in London, attract and target new clientele in line with our brand, and drive revenue growth while supporting the development of strategies for other properties in the UK. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to elevate Sumosan Twiga brand recognition. Assist in creating and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. Be the primary point of contact with external agencies and vendors in the region, fostering strong relationships to support our brand in delivering events. Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets. Monitor industry trends in both fine dining and nightlife to keep the brand innovative and appealing. Explore and implement new marketing technologies or platforms that can enhance customer engagement and brand presence. Support with the development and creation of campaigns for new Twiga outlets worldwide. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Fluency in English is essential, Italian language is highly beneficial. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and travel around the world.
