Vehicle Total Loss Handler-S&G Response Job Description
Provide a seamless point of contact for all stakeholders to settle vehicle total loss claims, negotiating salvage values and pre accident values with both clients and insurance companies to ensure a fair and reasonable settlement of pre accident value payments are obtained for our clients whilst adhering to FCA guidelines. The role includes liaising with suppliers, engineers, salvage agents, repairers and to manage the process of events from notification of total loss ensuring the smooth running of the claim working alongside the claims department. Other tasks include chasing total loss settlements with insurers, administering salvage collection and payments and collating vehicle documentation. Other adhoc duties/tasks as and when required. Key Accountabilities To pro-actively manage Total Loss, Fire, and Theft claims through to payment.
