SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll Consultant


Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions for complex issues and ensure maintenance and quality assurance.
  • Design and test new solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage workload, investigate and resolve reported issues, and provide support and documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Deliver change orders within scope, time, and budget constraints.


Skills:

  • Expertise in SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll, configuration, and testing across HCM modules.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Commercial awareness and proficiency in MS Office.


Requirements:

  • SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll.
  • Excellent SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge.
  • Experience in support ticket handling and workload management.
  • Strong operational knowledge of HR and Payroll, especially in UK legislation.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
