SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions for complex issues and ensure maintenance and quality assurance.
- Design and test new solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manage workload, investigate and resolve reported issues, and provide support and documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Deliver change orders within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Skills:
- Expertise in SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll, configuration, and testing across HCM modules.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Commercial awareness and proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements:
- SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll.
- Excellent SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge.
- Experience in support ticket handling and workload management.
- Strong operational knowledge of HR and Payroll, especially in UK legislation.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
