SAP S/4 HANA Senior Manager & Director, Management Consulting

Alexander Ash Consulting are working with a management consulting firm that operates with a supportive, entrepreneurial spirit and is experiencing rapid growth and investment, particularly within their ERP SAP practice. They are seeking senior leader within SAP S/4 HANA to work with specific customers based on sector on challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery & sales track record across full lifecycle SAP programs, particularly SAP S/4 HANA.

The Role

  • Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell SAP & S/4 Hana integrated transformation solutions and services to specific sectors within your niche expertise
  • Accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for the key account(s) responsible for (annual revenue target of ~ $3-5M from consulting engagements)
  • Hands-on leadership in driving new business, sales, strategy and the implementation of SAP solutions into mid to large enterprises and improving business processes.
  • Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary solutions for solving client’s problems.

Requirements

  • Must have Management Consulting expertise with a successful delivery track record spanning 10+ years (Big 4 or technology consulting)
  • Should be a recognised expert in SAP, and consistently demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision.
  • SAP S/4 HANA Transformation expertise - advisory & implementation
  • Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
  • Must have a proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services, whilst delivering business objectives within large corporate environments where there is rapid change.
  • Experience of leading sales, delivery and commercial management on one or more accounts
  • A track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives
