As the focal point for new projects, your expertise will bridge the gap between customers, engineers, and the warehouse. Extra Information:Full time - Office basedPermanentFree ParkingResponsibilities of the Scheduler include:Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory goalsCoordinate with various departments, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless workflow and timely deliveryCommunicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the correct parts are orderedKeep track of progress including raising quotesManaging diaries of the Engineers, providing guidance and full details of jobsArrange jobs with subcontractors, checking invoices and disputing any incorrect chargesSkills required of the Scheduler:Experience working with SAP would be advantageousDedicated to delivering exceptional customer serviceProficient in clear and effective communication, both written and spokenExpertise in meticulous planning and organisationExhibit a keen eye for detailDemonstrate strong teamwork and effective collaboration
