Position Overview

The Scheduling Administrator’s is responsible for the support and administration tasks conducted by the Verification Scheduling Team.

The Verification Scheduling team sits at the intersection of the Technical Delivery and Sales Team; a role which directly impacts the success of individual projects and long term satisfaction of our clients and vendors.

Escode’s Escrow Verification Services serve as a crucial quality control mechanism, confirming the completeness and usability of deposited code as stipulated in the escrow agreement. This verification process provides investors with the confidence that their investments are backed by high-quality, usable code, thereby minimizing the risk of financial loss due to software dependencies.


Role Responsibilities

  • Creating and distributing Verification scheduling emails to all parties, as efficiently as possible.
  • Liaising with external ISV’s to ensure deposits for selected exercises are to be provided on time.
  • Responding to queries and resolving issues that arise, quickly and courteously.
  • Coordinating with the broader Scheduling Team to ensure efforts are in sync
  • Proactively identifying project red flags, potential pitfalls, or staffing challenges and escalating to delivery leadership.
  • Contributing to additional tasks and ad-hoc requests within with Verification Scheduling Team or on other special projects.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out within the agreed departmental SLAs.


Knowledge

  • Following training, a Scheduling Administrator will be expected to possess:
  • An understanding of all parties involved in the Verification process and the differing roles they have.
  • A basic understanding of the importance of Verification in a software Escrow agreement.
  • A basic understanding of the varying types of Verifications available and the impact on scheduling.
  • An excellent understanding of the importance of sending Verification Scheduling Mails accurately and efficiently.
  • An excellent understanding of the potential impact of late or miscommunication to external parties.
  • Familiarity with software tools and reporting services required to carry out the role proficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Excellent administration, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to constantly assess priorities and make sensible decisions based on this.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
