Job Description
We are looking with a leading Prep school in Hammersmith looking for a PA to support their Deputy Heads to start ASAP.
The role
The role will include a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and with initiative. The Head's Personal Assistant supports the Head, SLT and Administration team in the smooth running and coordination of school administration. This role has a broad scope and would suit someone who has a superb can-do attitude with a calm confident approach and enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate
To have an excellent command of spoken and written English and an excellent telephone manner
• To be educated to at least GCSE level (including English and Mathematics at grade A). Advanced Levels or Honours degree desirable
• To be highly organised, systematic, resourceful, energetic, efficient and accurate
• To be able to pay close attention to detail, have a high degree of initiative and a flexible attitude
• To be able to manage own time and prioritise workload
• To able to work as part of a team
• To have typing speeds of around 60 words per minute, the ability to use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, Outlook, Office 365 and the School Management Information System.
