Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons to students Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum plans Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and behavior Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science or related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification Prior experience teaching Science at the primary or secondary level Strong subject knowledge in Science and an understanding of the national curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest educational practices Company Information Wayman Education is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years experience within the education field.
