This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established agency in building out their strategic medical capabilities internationally.



Responsibilities;


  • Drive innovation and creativity in Medical Education by introducing fresh perspectives that encourage both creative and critical thinking, as well as new ideas
  • Guide the shaping and delivery of projects in a scientifically sound manner, aiming to surpass competitors and cater to diverse audiences
  • Conduct thorough research on medications, the therapeutic landscape, and the competitive market, offering insights into how a brand's scientific evidence can influence communication and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategy Director and Senior Writing/Accounts team to ensure that critical thinking is guided by insights and aligns with client strategies
  • Provide expertise to Medical Writers, Client Service, and Creative teams on scientific knowledge, accuracy, and compliance for relevant brands, ensuring alignment of scientific content, and offering feedback on creative materials
  • Support clients in strategic and tactical planning process
  • Acting as the strategic partner; identify opportunities for exponential growth whilst building client relationships


Why you will excel in this role;


  • 4 years’ experience in managing strategic projects for international clients within a Medical Education/Communications agency, whether as a Strategist or a seasoned Principal/Senior Medical Writer seeking new opportunities
  • A higher degree in a scientific field is essential
  • Skilled in storytelling and presentation techniques, simplifying complex ideas into clear narratives with a focus on impact
  • Adaptable in conveying intricate information to diverse audiences with different interests, motivations, and beliefs
  • Proficiently in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PubMed
  • Capable of managing small to medium projects independently with minimal supervision, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of the entire healthcare landscape and its impact on brand management, including market access, competition, reputation, sales, and medical field activities
  • Experience in the field on Oncology is essential
