Job Description
The position will be ideally suited to candidates with the organisational ability to schedule shifts. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential to the role. Good practical, analytical skills combined with a common-sense approach are essential. The role is in a Security Control Room, and full training is given to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for the company outside of normal working hours (Evenings and Weekends).
- Responsible for directing movements of the Mobile Supervisory team.
- Ensuring key information is handed over to the day team.
The Ideal Candidates Will Possess
- A clean DBS certificate.
- Excellent IT and administrative skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Supervisory/Team Leading experience is preferable.
- A full manual UK Driving Licence (3 points or less).
- SIA Licence.
- Full training will be given.
Average of 40 hours a week on a rotation pattern. Shifts are predominantly night shifts with day coverage required at weekends and other times to suit the business need. Must be flexible and able to cover holidays and shortfalls where required in conjunction with the working time directive. It is a self-contained role.
