Job Description
Produce accurate property reports using field software, meeting quality targets and building client relationships. Conduct property inspections and fulfil Estate and Lettings Agents' needs within specified postcodes.
Skills:
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Home broadband.
iPad with iOS13+.
Self-motivated and adaptable.
Eager to learn.
Trustworthy and respectful.
Property sector experience desirable but not required.
YOU CAN BE UP AND RUNNING WITHIN ONE WEEK IF YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE YOUR OWN BOSS BUT WEREN'T SURE WHERE TO START!
Key Responsibilities
- Submit comprehensive, accurate reporting daily on a right-first-time basis.
- Build effective and warm relationships with clients in the area to enhance service delivery.
- Undertake inventory services on properties.
- Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work.
- Attend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventory’s, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAs, floor plans and much more – all included through Vibrant e-Learning to increase your skills and amount of jobs you can complete!!
