About the Role:

As an SEMH TA Specialist, you will provide targeted support to students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will work closely with the teaching staff and SEN team to create a supportive and nurturing environment that enables students to thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised support plans.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt learning activities and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour.
- Support the emotional well-being of students through active listening and mentoring.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support or related fields.

- Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
