SEN Tutor Location: Corby Glen (NG33) Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' specific needs Assist students in improving their academic skills, including reading, writing, and numeracy Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (desireable) Experience working with students with SEN Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple students effectively Benefits: Flexible working that you are in control of!
