An independent Creative Agency are Hiring a Senior Integrated Account Director
In this exiting role you will come in to lead the onboarding and delivery of a major new global integrated account spanning communications, digital, and social channels. You will own this key client relationship and foster an integrated approach across internal/external teams. As Senior Integrated Account Director, you'll be the primary client lead and go-to person providing strategic direction
The Role: As Senior Integrated Account Director, you'll be the primary client lead and voice representing this dynamic creative studio. You'll play a pivotal role in setting the right tone, ambition and integrated mindset for this new partnership with the client and internally within a fast-paced, high-output creative studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day client communication and nurture the relationship
- Drive integration of creative/strategic workstreams across all channels/disciplines
- Provide expert guidance, confidently present work, and manage client expectations
- Ensure quality control, adherence to briefs/budgets from briefing to execution
- Identify new revenue opportunities aligned with client needs
- Manage up to keep leadership informed of account progress/issues
Qualifications:
- Strong experience leading integrated campaigns for major global brands
- Deep understanding of youth/cultural movements and creative industries
- Proven ability to build trusted client partnerships and sell new business
- Outstanding communication, leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated team player excelling in a fast-paced, innovative environment
