The Role
Ideal candidates should be comfortable in selling integrated, custom solutions to corporate clients in a consultative way and be familiar with the market and challenges they face.
Here are a few things we'll expect from you:
- Imaginative & Unique approach - You must be able to generate imaginative & innovative solutions that meet the needs of our buyers, you must be a strategic thinker/solution seller with experience selling integrated solutions. You need to be able to approach each customer situation in a unique way using the same tools
- Independent - You must be a self-motivated, self-starter who can work on your own without constant supervision/direction
- Process - You must understand that success and revenue growth is a combination of science and art. You are focused on the continual mastery of your sales process through training, study, and creativity
- A winning mentality - You refuse to lose and passionate about winning. You have a high motor work ethic, and don't make excuses. The ideal candidates have a proven track record of making an immediate revenue impact and over-performing on sales revenue targets
