Job Description

Our client is a Experiential Marketing Agency who are seeking a strong Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of working for an experiential agency delivering large scale live events. Project Management: ~Also Road Shows, Tours, Sampling Events. ~3+ years of managing event and experiential event creative and production processes ~ Taking ownership over organising all aspects of events and campaigns ~ Compiling all project documentation to a high standard, from staff briefing documents to client reporting files ~ Establish and follow a realistic project plan/ time path and obtain approval by client ~ Keeping in contact with all project stakeholders – being the lead for all parties, ensuring communication is clear and relevant ~ Identifying and maximising all additional opportunities for client, the firm & 3rd parties ~ Create online content for events and campaigns ~ Brief and manage staff to complete objectives for projects ~ Work with staffing team to brief them on campaigns requirements of promotional staff and event managers. Client Management: Maintaining client shared drive – ensuring all data is accurate and current Generating creative solutions to meet all stakeholders’ objectives Ensure quality of budgets, documents, reporting before it is sent to client. Whilst the Account Director will manage the majority of NBZ, input will be required for pitches. Creating proposals and proactive recommendations to clients with support from AD, generating creative solutions to meet all stakeholders’ objectives Keeping up to date with innovations, competitor products and supplier services- e.g. reporting tools. visiting suppliers, checking websites, reading press, attending events Ensuring the accounting software is being used. Demonstrating Commercial thinking- smart buying People Management: Be able to manage and communicate well with external promotional staff, providing in-depth briefings to ensure the success of projects Manages weekly status reports, hosting weekly status meetings with line manager to ensure each project runs to brief Proactively consults with key departments/suppliers to keep them informed of upcoming workload to ensure timely completion of client projects Brief creative department with design requirements Manages Training & Development of junior line reports (with support from Account Director) FMCG/ Media sector etc) Generating creative solutions to reaching objectives Experience of working with production heavy projects, managing the creative process, being responsible for all paperwork including Risk Assessments, Method Statement s and health and safety aspects of the build
