Salary:Up to c.£30-35k. Will depend on level & experience.

Location: Central London, hybrid working

OurClient is an independent PR and content agency based in London,specializing in technology, health, and science communications. Theywork with a diverse range of global and emerging brands.

They're now seeking a dynamic and experienced SeniorAccount Executive with strong healthcare communications skills,excellent writing and analytical abilities, and a passion forcontributing to the agency's growth and client success.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience inhealthcare communications, preferably within a consultancyenvironment, but in-house or related roles are also considered.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, strong collaboration andteam communication abilities, and expertise in creating and developingeffective materials and presentations.
• A keen interest inthe healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals and over-the-counterdrugs.
• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, growing, andopportunistic environment.
• Ability to think outside the boxand deliver tangible value against client objectives.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships within clientorganizations, including PR and marketing teams and key spokespeople.
• Ambition to help grow the practice with new clients, newinitiatives, and award-worthy work.
• Crisis and issuesmanagement experience is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities:

• You will beresponsible for managing client programs by creating content, handlingday-to-day media relations, conducting data analysis, performingmarket research, and preparing measurement and reporting.

• You will develop strategies to counter competitor behaviourand participate in business pitches.

• Establishingand maintaining relationships within client organizations, includingPR and marketing teams, key spokespeople, and other primary members,is crucial.

• The role requires excellent writingand material development skills and the ability to foster teamwork andmotivation among colleagues.

• Additionally, youwill contribute to the agency's growth through new ideas andinitiatives, working on diverse campaigns ranging from internalcommunications to media relations, events, and content development.
