The primary purpose of this role is to support the account team on the day-to-day running of the client account . This will include timing plans, estimates, budget control and assisting the trafficking of work through the creative services department which will enable us to provide you with a solid grounding in servicing our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
Client Services Management

•Reinforce thorough knowledge of tactical and administrative processes

•Build understanding of client/agency relationships and service

•Build understanding of the execution of marketing and promotional plans

•Establish good working relationships with allocated clients

Product/Task Leadership and Accountability

•Build a reputation for effective and reliable delivery of multiple high-quality projects

•Keep track of deadlines

•Keep track of finances within individual projects

Business Management

•Establish knowledge of the agency's business operations, shared services and other divisions

•Develop a deeper knowledge of budgeting and invoicing process

•Manage the client's internal regulatory review process

•Continue building knowledge of advertising and brand plans

•Continue developing an understanding of the overall healthcare industry

•Understanding how/when to identify and flag issues

Team Orientation/ Collaboration

•Provide team support as required, working with a positive and 'can-do' attitude

•Exhibit enthusiasm and a willingness to learn internal disciplines

•Share information and ideas with others to enable them to accomplish team goals

•Continue to be a proactive team player

Job Requirements

•Degree educated

•Agency experience

•A sound understanding of the role of advertising within the marketing mix

•An understanding of the brands you are allocated to and the market environment

•Understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice and the ability to ensure adherence to it

•Good organisational and administration skills

•Strong communications skills

•Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

•The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines

•An understanding of the difference between marketing and advertising strategy

•An understanding of what a creative brief is and how to judge an advertising idea against it

•Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills

•Solution focused - suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
