Clarity is looking for Senior Account Executives in the EMEA. If you’re a driven, smart, creative, and curious individual with a passion for tech and social impact, we are looking for you!

LOCATION: This role will be based in London,UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will join our team of Sales and Business Development professionals coming from top investment banks and management consulting firms. We are looking for salespeople with a hunger to grow business who will be able to support/manage in the following areas:

  • Strategy & Business Development. Support in the definition of Clarity sales strategy, key milestones and business development.
  • Clients (B2B model). Support client acquisition and relationship management: meeting preparation and follow-ups. Also attending meetings with C-level of top wealth managers and technology platforms
  • Operations & Finance. Support the CEO and COO/CFO with ops, P&L, modeling and business projections.
  • Product. Support our team of Product Managers in the definition of our end-to-end digital product (use cases, user stories, customer journeys, etc.).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative high ticket sales (ideally within the financial services or fintech space).
  • Understanding of the financial services ecosystem and how different stakeholders/technology work together
  • Experience with Enterprise level integrations, including API, property tech, and third party providers.
  • Experience in ESG funds/investing is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hunger to grow a business, and willingness to work in a collaborative environment with team goals and a team commission structure applied initially
  • Complete fluency in English, and an additional European language.
