We are looking for an inspirational individual to join our amazing Client Services team to play a key role in driving transformation and growth for our clients enabling us to achieve our goals. You will have had experience working with marketing technologies, designing customer strategies, and drawing actionable insights from data analytics to help our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnticipate our clients’ changing needs to proactively explore future project opportunities that would be valuable to the client and profitable for Planning-inc, alongside managing the existing roadmap
Understand and interpret project analysis results/trends, converting this knowledge into business development recommendations
Optimise the use of Planning-inc project management tools to accurately record and track time allocation to ensure project profitability
Take ownership of resource management across all teams on the account, balancing client priorities with commercial impact and opportunity development to ensure that we are optimising the use of internal resource
4+ years’ experience gained within the direct/data marketing industry, preferably with demonstrable experience in working with both digital and offline datasets
Knowledge of the processes involved in developing and maintaining large databases for clients
Comfortable with analysis and interpreting insight to create actionable strategies
Familiar with best practice reporting and KPIs
Confident in communicating and leading discussion at C suite level
Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle strategies across multiple channels
Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable skills at maintaining client profitability
Degree level, IDM Diploma or equivalent and numerate
