We work with many of UK and Europe’s most loved premium, niche and cult beauty brands offering bespoke brand development & production from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.

  

What you will be doing

  • Day-to-day management of a number of contract and retailer accounts.
  • Ensuring a positive, effective, and productive working relationship with each to encourage growth and profitability.
  • Delivering sales targets and associated key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Working with customers to agree annual forecasts.
  • Working with other departments to develop product costings, ensuring they meet the needs of both the business and the customer.
  • Working closely with the NPD, Technical, Purchasing and Operational teams on both new projects and existing lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Meeting with customers as and when necessary to discuss current and prospective business.
  • Seeking out, evaluating, and approaching new customers in line with company strategy.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with executing strategic opportunities.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience within Account Management, ideally within the Health & Beauty sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Creativity – market and trend insight and the ability to add value to customer propositions.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to allow you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
