You'll be:
Supporting Account Managers with Flair:
- Swiftly managing messages and forwarding crucial information to the relevant stakeholders.
- Skillfully registering customers through both phone and email interactions.
- Maintaining meticulous and detailed client records within our advanced CRM system.
- Efficiently inputting bookings into customer reservation systems to streamline the process.
- Crafting insightful customer reports that provide valuable insights.
- Taking ownership of the invoice process, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Regularly updating and enhancing our sales tools to keep our team at the forefront of efficiency.
Elevating Customer Experience with the Event & Commercial Teams:
- Post-sale and pre-event liaison, covering itineraries, menus, FAQs, and more.
- Ensuring accuracy in content on our customers' websites for a seamless online experience.
Mastering Facilities Management with Finesse:
- Creating and publishing events on reservation systems for optimal visibility.
- Diligently updating sales reports to keep everyone in the loop.
- Handling inquiries and efficiently distributing event information.
- Processing new bookings, amendments, and cancellations with precision.
- Distributing e-tickets via The O2 ticketing platform for seamless access.
- Managing all event catering requirements to guarantee a delightful experience.
- Coordinating Last-Minute Ticket Offers for suite holders, including pricing, client liaisons, and bookings processing.
- Crafting and editing pre-event communications to build anticipation.
- Actively participating in tastings and shaping catering offerings for suite holders.
You'll have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Previous administration experience that showcases your organisational prowess.
