Retail client and working on client site experience is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Manage a key retail account, overseeing on-going projects to a high standard, liaising with external contacts and internal departments to ensure an exceptional service is received.Ensure satisfaction is always achieved through pro-active management and communication.Be the first escalation point with the Client Support Team.Be the key voice of the company and uphold the company values ensuring reputational excellence.Respond to all client requests for information within a timely manner and in line with the Client Support Team internal SLAs.Skills & Experience:IT literate.Efficient and accurate administrative skills.Strong organisational skills.Excellent communicator.Ability to prioritise under pressure.Problem solving attitude.Personable approach, with good relationship building skills.Be professional, courteous and used to working in a high-pressured client facing environment.Share this job:
