They’re a boutique agency with global offices and a very impressive senior team.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager you will be alongside their Account Director. You will be responsible for aiding the senior client service team in overseeing crucial accounts, ensuring the successful completion of ongoing projects, and strengthening established client connections. You will oversee 2 of their key accounts, with additional responsibilities including providing assistance to other accounts as needed. You will draft briefs, craft timelines, oversee budgets, maintain regular client updates on a weekly and biweekly basis, and orchestrate the production process.
About You
- As well as being an experienced Account Manager, you will have experience in branding (having been hands on in brand strategy, or worked as an Account Manager in a branding agency).
- Immaculate organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You have worked with clients on areas including launching new products, brands, or services, reshaping perception and reputation, entering new markets or categories.
- Experience working with luxury or hospitality clients is a bug plus.
- You are comfortable wearing different hats and being involved in generating meaningful insight for clients.
