About the role
- You will develop great relationships with our exciting roster of clients
- You will be the owner of a range of high profile clients, delivering quality service, strategic and creative advice and high client satisfaction
- You will lead regular client strategy meetings
- You will identify and scope growth opportunities outside of existing retainers, achieving upsell targets via a planned programme
- You will work seamlessly with the Growth department and Project Management teams to onboard new client accounts, utilising the Studio team for delivery
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of Account Management experience
- Previous agency experience
- A team player and great communicator
- An incisive approach to working out problems
- A passion for all areas of digital and how they can be commercially applied
It would be beneficial if you had
- Previous experience working with hospitality brands
- A good understanding of SEO, Analytics & Paid Media
- WordPress experience
