We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Operations team, forming strong relationships with venues and promoters in the UK.

About the role

You’ll be joining a team that’s responsible for developing partner relationships. You’re an expert in the UK music and live entertainment industry, and you know what makes promoters and venues tick. You’ll find ways to help our partners thrive and build high-level relationships with major accounts, focusing on service, engagement and growth targets.

You’ll be

  • Building relationships with partners to drive revenue and ensure retention
  • Using your knowledge of DICE and industry best practices to provide first-class support
  • Working with our Marketing, Field Operations and Client Success teams to manage on-site needs for events
  • Maximising the success of partner events
  • Assisting the Content team with new business opportunities
  • Working with the Director of Music Partnerships and Account Director on contract renegotiation

You’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in live events
  • Experience in music and events
  • Experience in commercial negotiation, marketing exp and social media
  • Presenting experience – in your element when chatting face to face
  • Enthusiasm about the industry
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and resourcefulness
  • An analytical mind
  • Excellent knowledge of how venues and promoters work – ticketing experience is a big plus
