Our client, a commodities firm is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in London. Office based in Uxbridge.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating and reporting of financial results
- Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports
- Being responsible for full set of accounts and company’s cash flow
- Preparing annual budget, monthly analysis and forecasting
- Performing data entries, month close activities and assisting in daily operations
You will need to have the following:
- Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Knowledge of international accounting standards
- Knowledge of accounting procedures including preparing month end reports and financial forecasts
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with IFRS and UK Statutory accounting and reporting
