This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the business, combining high-level administrative support with client-facing responsibilities. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional support. Your contribution will help maintain smooth operations and a high standard of client satisfaction, while offering the flexibility of a hybrid working environment.


Your Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of office processes

- Manage data entry and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

- Act as a key point of contact for client queries, offering proactive support and handling platform-related enquiries

- Maintain accurate client and business data, ensuring records are kept up to date and comply with internal standards

- Assist with larger business initiatives, including organising meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project timelines


What you will need to Apply:

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role with a high level of responsibility, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in working both collaboratively as part of a team and independently is important, and the candidate should be comfortable quickly learning new systems.
