Location: Virtual / Remote (contract with Slough, UK office). Occasional office presence might be required.PurposeYou will be part of our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team. This dynamic marketing organization includes our CRM and Analytics, Digital Technology and Systems, and Social Media teams all focused on helping drive sales growth for a $10B business.You will support our Global Digital Marketing Team by tracking and reporting out on the performance of our customer-facing websites. You will work in conjunction with the Digital Teams to build dashboards, analyses data, deliver insights, and optimize performance.The Job (responsibilities):Champion our data-first approach to marketing, always looking for more meaningful ways to engage with our customersProvide robust insights into digital behavior of our end-users and make strategic recommendations on ways to best engage themPerforming in-depth analysis of the customer database as well as providing deep customer journey analyticsDevelop governance and principles, and help ensure adherenceCollaborate with stakeholder counterparts to ensure global strategy and tactic alignmentActively monitor industry trends, advancements, and competitor activity to evaluate test and learn opportunities where relevantDevelop and keep up to date the digital scorecard (media KPIs by market and brand)Manage and activate Google Analytics to provide data and analyses that will help develop media strategy and how to better attract and retain end users. You will analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and match it to business actions and recommendations. You will also support the business needs with training and presentationsPerform routine analyses of brand websites to surface actionable insights and optimization opportunitiesServe as an internal expert on Google Analytics 360 capabilities and Google Tag Manager implementationPartner with e-commerce, insights, commercial and brand teams to provide clear narratives of the value being driven through digital campaignsDrive and evolve website best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, site personalization, and feedback from cross-functional partnersPerform routine analyses of brand websites to surface actionable insights and optimization opportunitiesServe as an internal expert on Google Analytics 360 capabilities and Google Tag Manager implementationThe Person (requirements):2-3 years of work experience in analytics as related to digital marketingRelevant Higher Degree or equivalent through experience (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Marketing or other related)Strong experience with Web Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (360 and GA4) and Meta AnalyticsStrong Experience with tag manager systems (e.g. GTM) and data layersExperience in planning, optimizing and managing integrated, cross-channel campaigns gained through an agency or in-house media teamExpertise across digital display media, biddable media (search/programmatic and paid social) or a mix of all media channelsExcellent in data transformation and programming (e.g. SQL, Python)Data visualization experience from BI tools such as Datorama, Tableau, or Data StudioDemonstrated experience delivering improved efficiencies, ROI and process in marketing campaign execution across international marketsProven experience in capturing and distilling media metrics and commercials to deliver insights and drive improved ROI across all digital marketing activitiesKnowledge of brand fundamentals, guidelines, and insights managementSolid analytical skills and attention to detailStrong verbal, written and presentation skillsExperience working in a highly matrixed, global organizationMinimal travel might be requiredWe offer:Ambitious and motivating challengesRegular working hours (Monday to Friday)Competitive benefits package including: contributory pension scheme, private health insurance.Work with a diverse team with varying backgroundsIt takes great people to achieve greatness.
