We are currently looking for aSenior Analyst - RMX Performanceto join our team at Solihull, Birmingham.

Role Responsibility
In the role ofSenior Analyst - RMX Performanceyou will be responsible for:
Managing the provision of RMX national operations financial information and reportsas part of the National RMX Operations team
This also includes performance plans,budget, and forecasts, providing financial advice, supporting and challenging asappropriate to improve performance nationally and regionally.
Act as the senior lead coaching and mentoring analyst in the wider team to upskill theanalytical team, leading the way in report automation
Leadthe provision of accurate, timely and insightful Operational Analysis, to facilitateimproved understanding and decision making in the Regional businesses
Drive thestandardised treatment of working capital and stock control and reporting fortheregional and national teams and drives operational efficiencies in these areasin astandardised and consistent manner
Support the businesses in order to maintain governance and uphold performancestandards in line with the Operational Excellence (OE) principles.
Workingclosely with business and finance colleagues to ensure clarification andunderstanding of business performance and actions to improve
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role ofSenior Analyst - RMX Performancewill have experience of:
Excellent analytical background, with relevant technical skills and understanding.
Analytical / accounting experience in largemulti site, construction or manufacturingbusinesses, preferably with an insight to the RMX business.
Demonstrable understanding of the business dynamics, controls and processes.
Knowledge of modelling and reporting tools (SAP, Anaplan, Excel, Power BI etc..)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships and networks
Excellent system, reporting and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen, coaching and mentoring skills
A proven track record of delivery of key control information and contribution toimprovement action plans
Ability to work under pressure
