Senior Application Support Analyst London. Miller Maxwell has partnered with a growing RegTech business seeking to hire a Senior Application Support Analyst as part of this growing organisation. The business has worked successfully within the Regulatory Technology space for the past five years and due to the success of their product suite seeks to expand and hire due to a growing customer based. Their product is a real-time compliance platform used by buy-side investment management organisations.
The Senior Application Support Analyst will:
- Manage deployment of software applications
- Mentor and mange a team of Application Support Analysts
- Work directly with heads of departments to strategise delivery of solutions
- Liaise with development and infrastructure teams to implement future strategy
- Maintenance of Setup and support test server environments
- Monitor system health – use sophisticated techniques to resolve errors and outages
- At least 5 years commercial Application Support experience
- Ability to mentor and lead team members
- Experience of a Scripting language from; Powershell, Bash, Shell or Python
- Experience working within Linux environments
- SQL Server or MySQL experience
- Knowledge of Java software highly desirable
