Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Bury St Edmunds (Hybrid)
Salary: £35-45,000
Are you a skilled Architectural Technologist looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning consultancy practice? Our client is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Technologist.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be Chartered by the Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. You will have excellent technical design skills, experience in detailing complex buildings, and the ability to run projects across technical work stages.
Key Duties:
- Prepare and coordinate design, production, and construction package information using technical skill with attention to detail
- Liaise with internal and external consultants in the production of specialist design information
- Liaise with planning & building control authorities
- Review and update design risk assessments
- Support the adoption and alignment with ISO 19650 standards
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will be Chartered by the Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), fully proficient in Revit and AutoCAD and an understanding of NBS Chorus, BIM360,Sketchup and Photoshop would also be beneficial. A good working knowledge of construction methods and Building Regulations and a full UK drivers license is a must for this role.
