Job Description: STILL LIVE A marvellous opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist/Technician with over 5 years working experience, to join a really good solid, friendly small to medium sized busy Architectural Practice in West Yorkshire. As an experienced Technologist/Technician you will be involved on new build schemes with an emphasis on Care Homes but other sector involvement would include Commercial, Industrial and bespoke Residential schemes such as Mill conversions. You will work alongside supportive colleagues and management in a 360 degree role meeting Clients, preparing tender/working drawing packages and being involved in design and site meetings throughout the build process. Person Specification: You will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, ideally be fully conversant with Revit and be naturally keen, enthusiastic and confident in delivering the full range of Architectural services. The Practice are working back from their offices but provide flexibility to ensure the current balance is maintained between work and personal commitments. A great opportunity to be part of a Practice which will provide you with total responsibility/exposure on schemes not sometimes found in the more larger Practices. Also possibly a position which for those residing in the Huddersfield, Halifax and Wakefield locations to get closer to home and not have to suffer the daily commute to the larger City's.
