All these passengers expect their luggage to reach the same destination. That’s where Vanderlande comes in as a strategic partner with full responsibility for the performance and maintenance of Heathrow’s baggage handling systems.
Your Role
The primary role of the Senior Asset Manager is to proactively drive the Asset Management System maturity across the Strategic Partnership by identification of improvement areas, prioritising and delivering change together with stakeholders.Your roll will include:
Be the go-to person for the Asset Management System
Own and drive Asset Management improvement activities
Deliver long term Asset Management Roadmap
Perform Asset Management maturity assessments (internal and external i.e. IAM+ method)
Represent the organisation on alignment initiatives across the two organisations within the Strategic Partnership
Lead and coordinate the development of the strategic asset management documentation like: SAMP, AMP, Critical Asset System Strategy, etc.
What we expect from you
Bachelor/Master’s degree
Good knowledge of ISO 55000 or similar (IAM or similar qualifications preferred)
Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and driving Asset Management Roadmap developments
Able to turn academic and theoretical understanding into practical and valuable business change
Good understanding of service management (O&M, IT) and asset management
Strong communicator to different levels in an organization and strong influencing skills including excellent reporting, presentation, verbal and oral communication skills in English
