Job Description
The Senior Associate Commercial Solicitor's responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts including matters related to: IT contracts, commercial trading agreements, data protection, IP, franchising, outsourcing agreements and manufacturing.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, providing a consistently high level of service.
- Working effectively within a team, contributing to an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Contributing to business development initiatives, promoting the firm's commercial law services.
