Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The role of Senior Associate, is to support the Consumer Duty team, assisting with reporting processes, maintaining Consumer Duty Management Information, and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves providing Consumer Duty advice and support where necessary. You will also Assist in the integration of Brewin Dolphin Limited (BDL) and RBC Wealth Management UK (WMI-UK) processes into the integrated RBC Wealth Management Europe (WME) future state. What will you do? Support the Consumer Duty reporting process, e.g., through engagement with data and action owners, drafting etc. Work with your line manager to implement new and improved processes, procedures and controls and when weaknesses are identified or improved efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved. Work as part of a team to build and execute plans for Consumer Duty reporting post-integration. Support in embedding Consumer Duty in the business and provide advice and support where necessary including building upon existing Consumer Duty governance framework. Monitor and respond to ad-hoc requests as required. Assist in maintaining comprehensive procedural documentation. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Good Microsoft technical competency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience of producing MI and reporting. Risk awareness knowledge and experience. Excellent customer service and stakeholder experience. Strong organisational, communication and influencing skills. Nice-to-have Knowledge of Consumer Duty and the underlying responsibilities. Knowledge of financial planning, investment management and asset management an advantage Relevant professional qualifications, such as the CISI, IOC, CFA, ACA an advantage What is in it for you?
